I went to a wedding shower yesterday in Richardson and discovered a whole new world up there east of Preston Road on Campbell Road. The shower was at this precious tearoom called CHOCOLATE ANGEL -- imagine a tearoom in the center of a Richardson strip shopping mall, next to CiCi's Pizza! Reminded me of Wonderful World of Cooking, which used to be at Preston Center.

"Sisters Sherrie McCall and Marcia Cingan know their way around a kitchen, which is a good thing as their Richardson business, Chocolate Angel, is expanding and their kitchen is doubling in size. What was initially a chocolate shop five years ago, the home of the 'Magic Cake' has evolved into a full-service catering company featuring an array of secret family recipes.
In addition to catering receptions and regular dinners at their church, the sisters love to host luncheons, teas and showers on-site in their private room. While they host everything from homecoming dinners to Mary Kay lunches on-site, the whimsical, romantic decor makes it a favorite place for bridal showers. McCall and Clingan often refer these brides-to-be to A Better Body Day Spa for pre-wedding pampering."
